Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale Bust Out the Boots for a School Meeting

Last Wednesday, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale dropped by their son Kingston’s school in Beverly Hills to check up on his progress. It must be unnerving to have to face these two in a one-on-one conference especially if you’re like me who grew up listening to No Doubt and Bush.

Imagine having to talk to Gwen Stefani about her son while she’s being super fashionable in that navy harem pant suit and those leopard wedge booties. As for Gavin Rossdale, all he has to do is look at me to turn me back into the fan girl that I was 10 years ago! If I were Kingston’s teacher, I would prepare for this meeting weeks before it takes place. I’d also have to constantly remind myself to be a professional and try hard not to be tempted to ask for their autographs.

But their fame, good looks and stylishness is going to make things really hard!

Let’s take a closer look at the boots Gwen and Gavin are wearing:

It was pretty easy identifying Gwen’s ankle boots. All I had to do was search through the most recent L.A.M.B. collections to find out that her leopard wedge ankle boots are part of the L.A.M.B. Fall 2011 collection:

I usually like the “twists” that L.A.M.B. puts on their shoes but I’m not such a big fan of how the wedge heel gets cut off midway and gets replaced by the leopard print material on these ankle boots. It looks unbalanced, disproportionate and awkward, and as you can see on Gwen, it makes her feet look unnecessarily heel-heavy.

As for Gavin’s boots, they are these Sorel 1964 Premium T CVS Snowboots:

Gavin has had these boots for a while now and has been seen wearing them quite a few times. These must be a seriously comfortable pair for Gavin to wear while just out and about in LA. No need for heavy snow or active winter sports — the streets of LA are enough to warrant shoes that give maximum warmth and protection!

Megan Fox “Friends with Kids” Filming in UGG Adirondack Boots II

Seems like a lot of new movies are taking advantage of the winter weather and are using the snow-covered streets of NYC as their backdrop.

We know that Sandra Bullock is working on her latest starrer ““Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close” in NYC, and just seen also filming her latest movie in NYC was Megan fox:

Megan Fox is currently in the Big Apple to work on “Friends with Kids”, a comedy which also stars funny women such as Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph. No word yet on what role Megan Fox is playing in this movie, but it’d be nice to see her try her hand in comedy while she’s working with these well-known and highly successful comediennes.

Wish we could also see what Megan Fox is wearing with her hair and makeup all glammed up like that, but the girl needs to bundle up against the freezing cold!

These are the UGG Adirondack Boots II. The first time we blogged about them was when we spotted them on Kristen Stewart in “Twilight” and “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”.

These have proven to be a really popular winter boot style as UGG Australia continues to make these and they continue to fly off the shelves. As of writing, few sizes of these boots are left at Shoes, Amazon and even UGGaustralia, and colors are very limited.

Ashley Tisdale’s Winter Boot Collection

Ashley Tisdale has been spotted numerous times in various locations in Vancouver, Canada this past couple of weeks. As many of you may know, the 25-year-old actress is busy filming new episodes for her TV show “Hellcats” and has been spending a lot of her time over at the “Hollywood North”.

Vancouver is currently experiencing 30°F weather and Ashley Tisdale has been keeping the cold out with her apparently extensive winter boot collection. In fact, she’s been seen in four different pairs of winter boots while traipsing around town, and those spots were all within just the past seven days.

Ashley Tisdale started off the year with this interesting pair of olive green Josphine Fringe Boots from Koolaburra. She seems to prefer these boots after a workout as she was seen wearing them after coming from the gym both on January 6th and 9th.

Ashley Tisdale then switched things up on January 8th and wore these UGG Classic Short Boots instead of her fringe boots. Ashley chose a black pair to wear that day to match with the rest of her all black and grey outfit.

Here is where it gets more exciting. After filming a wedding scene for the show, Ashley Tisdale quickly covered up in sweatpants and a pair of UGG Ultimate Short Boots in bright red. Ashley was still wearing the pink ruffly dress she wore for the scene underneath her jacket, sweatpants and boots, so that made for a quite a unique look on the actress.

Lastly and most recently are these moon boots from Christian Dior. Ashley Tisdale wore these to walk to the “Hellcats” set so I expect to see her in these on the show! They’re not exactly wedding appropriate (they were still filming wedding scenes that day), but I find these to be the most interesting pair out of all the boots Ashley Tisdale was spotted wearing this week.

A couple of celebs were spotted spending their Christmas holiday in Aspen last week, one of them – Elle Macpherson. Here’s a picture of the former supermodel decked in fur from head to toe.

Being tall definitely has its advantages, such as being able to pull off a heavy fur trimmed jacket and a pair of bulky, round-toed, furry mid-calf snow boots without looking like it’s weighing you down and reducing you to mere inches. If it were me wearing that outfit, I’d probably look like a small kid covered in a ball of fur (alas, I am only 5 feet tall). On Elle however, it just looks super cool and smashing.

I have no clue what brand of boots Elle is wearing, however, I’m sure a substitute won’t be hard to find. After all, such a style is quite abundant this season. Check out the ones I found at Endless:
